Immerse yourself in an afternoon apéro celebrating the refreshing aperitifs, the briny snacks, and the blue skies of Southeastern France. Le Sud, the new book from James Beard Award–nominated author Rebekah Peppler, is the definitive guide to the food, drink, and lifestyle of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Based in France, Peppler has spent years traveling between her home in Paris and Provence. Le Sud is her love letter to this dynamic and beguiling region. Joining Rebekah in conversation is fellow Francophile, Melissa Clark—the beloved New York Times Cooking columnist and a James Beard Award–winning author of more than 40 cookbooks. Light snacks from the book and Lillet Rosé cocktails will be served.
