Virtual Walking Tour: How to Build a Neighborhood
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.

Every building tells a story. These structures are reflections of the cultures, ideas, and people that built them. Join us on YouTube Live for a virtual walking tour exploring the history of the Lower East Side through its architecture over the course of 200 years. This conversation extends beyond the boundaries of a single neighborhood and can, in some ways, be found in every neighborhood, as we continually navigate questions of how land should be used, what housing should look like, and what a community needs. Together we’ll unlock the stories behind every facade.
