2022 LUNG FORCE Walk New York City
LUNG FORCE, launched in 2014, is a nationwide movement led by the American Lung Association to unite everyone in the fight against lung cancer and other lung diseases, including COVID-19, COPD and asthma. On Saturday, May 21, the Eighth Annual LUNG FORCE Walk New York City will welcome over 1,500 New Yorkers, virtually and in-person, at Pier 16 to raise critical awareness and funds for vital lung disease research, education, and advocacy. Before taking a one or three-mile Walk, participants enjoy free, interactive educational opportunities about maintaining lung health, risk factors for disease, clinical trials, and advances in research.
