ReelAbilities Film Festival: New York (virtual)
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
We are proud to announce that ReelAbilities Film Festival: New York has decided to go on with the show by shifting our program to a virtual format.
These stories need to be told, and creating community is as important as ever. Therefore, we will be bringing you the majority of our selected films and conversations via interactive online streaming platforms. This will allow us to further advance our mission of accessibility, making our films and conversations available to our community at times when gathering together in person is not possible.
Founded in 2007 by the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, ReelAbilities Film Festival: New York is the largest festival in the country dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with disabilities. The weeklong festival is renowned for its wide-ranging international film selection, riveting conversations, and performances, presented annually in dozens of venues across the New York metropolitan area. In 2010, ReelAbilities Film Festival: New York expanded into an international program, presenting its one-of-a-kind programming in cities throughout the United States, Canada, and South America.
Venue: Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan
334 Amsterdam Ave.
