Ask Roulette
Ask Roulette is back! Ask Roulette is the long-running conversation series in which strangers ask each other questions, live on stage. Come with a question you want to ask a stranger, silly or serious, and see what happens.
Here's how it works: As you arrive, you submit a question you want to ask a stranger. It could be anyone in the room. You don’t know who you’ll be asking your question to. That’s the magic of Ask Roulette.
Participants are randomly selected one at a time from the questions submitted in advance. When your name is called, come on stage and sit in the empty seat.
The previous participant will ask you their question. Once you've answered, the next participant will come on stage and you'll ask them your question. That chain of questions and answers is the heart of Ask Roulette.
Hosted by podcaster Jody Avirgan (Radiotopia, TED, 30for30, FiveThirtyEight Podcast) with musical accompaniment by songwriter Eli Bolin (Sesame Street, John Mulaney's Sack Lunch Bunch, Documentary Now).
Happens on the following Dates: Feb 22, 2024, 7:00pm to 8:15pm EST Apr 25, 2024, 7:00pm to 8:15pm EST
