Musicians from Marlboro
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
Quartets by Beethoven and Brett Dean form the basis of this tour from the Marlboro Music Festival. Both works were rehearsed for over a month by the musicians, and the Dean piece for quartet and soprano was performed under the guidance of the composer, who was in residence at Marlboro during the summer of 2017. The principal oboist of the Cleveland Orchestra joins the concert to begin the night with Mozart's Oboe Quartet.
Venue: Carnegie Hall
