The former site of a DoubleTree hotel, this structure, currently known as TSX Broadway, is undergoing massive renovations at the crossroads of New York. Once completed, TSX will be a venue for innovative retail, a major new dining hub, an outdoor performance venue, and a luxury hotel. Developers will also be revolutionizing a historic Broadway theatre for the project.
