The Frieze Art Fair is open this weekend on Randall's Island, featuring almost 200 international art galleries, and unique special projects for guests.
The Frieze Art Fair, which has brought international, contemporary art from today's top working artists to the New York scene since 2012, will take place May 14-17. This year's Frieze will feature more than 190 galleries from around the world, all setting up shop at Randall's Island Park.
In addition to viewing and purchasing pieces from the array of galleries, visitors can enjoy a variety of special projects, from bleached denim massage chairs, to a 3D personality test, and an immersive labyrinth environment.
The Frieze Art Fair is open from 11am-7pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 11am-6pm on Sunday. For more information, visit friezenewyork.com. Click here to purchase tickets.
