Us, Abundantly - Kings Theatre
June 23, 2019 - Brooklyn

Join AbunDance Academy of the Arts as they proudly present "Us, AbunDantly!", a theatrical performance featuring students and performing artists who all represent Brooklyn, in a Major Way. Inspired by the hit show "Magic School Bus" and the iconic movie "Sarafina," "Us, AbunDantly!" tells the story of an inspirational teacher, Ms. Frizzle who educates her students on all of the African, Caribbean and American history, missing from their schoolbooks. While using her classroom as a history portal, Ms. Frizzle takes her students back in time to learn history, the real way. An inspiring story expressed primarily through dance, song and live music, "Us, AbunDantly!" is a celebration of Africa and the Americas! With over 100+ performers ranging from 2.5 to 70 years old and a cast of Broadway alumni, "Us, AbunDantly!" aims to inspire people to know their history and proudly embrace their diversity in a unified way. "Us, AbunDantly" brings Broadway to Brooklyn for all ages to enjoy! Supported in part by Brooklyn Arts Council, NICK TV, IMPACCT Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Community at large, this is definitely a Must-See event!
