Inside Scoop: The Bronx Museum of the Arts

The Bronx Museum of the Arts is an internationally recognized New York cultural center. Home to both educational programs and contemporary art exhibitions, the museum is focused on creating important dialogues in the community.

Founded in 1971, the Bronx Museum of the Arts houses works from Vito Acconci, Alvin Baltrop, Elizabeth Catlett, Juan Downey, Öyvind Fahlström, Raphael Montañez Ortiz, and Martin Wong. Open forums, teen programs, tours, and educational partnerships regularly occur within the museum's walls.
